Cyndy Violette

Cyndy Violette was born in New York in 1959. She currently resides in Las Vegas with her daughter. At an early age her family relocated to Las cyndy violetteVegas. Cyndy worked as a blackjack dealer at the Horseshoe Casino. She played poker for the first time while on pregnancy leave from the Horseshoe. She enjoyed it, and began playing low stakes cash games regularly.

In 1984, Cyndy cashed in her first tournament at Amarillo Slim's Super Bowl of Poker in Lake Tahoe, and decided to turn pro. Cyndy continued to find success in tournaments, until 1990 when she married her second husband, and took a two year hiatus from poker.

After 3 years of marriage, Cyndy and her husband divorced and she moved back to Vegas to continue her poker career. She made a huge sum of money playing in high stakes cash games, and also played in major live tournaments on the tournament circuit such as World Series of Poker and World Poker Tour events.

In 2004, she won her first WSOP bracelet in a Seven Card Stud High-Low Split event. This WSOP tournament win is the biggest accomplishment in her poker career. Cyndy continues to play in high stakes cash games and WSOP and WPT events. More recently she has made appearances on the Professional Poker Tour.
